Please understand that due to the unique, handcrafted and made-on-demand nature of my offerings, I can't accept returns due to buyer's remorse. I take immense pride in my work and in my relationships with our collectors, and hope and expect that you'll be thrilled with your purchase; I guarantee that you'll receive the item(s) you ordered promptly, in good condition and exactly as they were described on this website. If you feel there's a been a problem with your order, please let me know and I will work hard to make it right.

 

*In rare circumstances, with my agreement and at Philippe A. Fernandez sole discretion, purchases may sometimes be returned, in which instance you may receive a replacement, a store credit to be used toward a future purchase, or a mutually agreed upon exchange only (no cash refunds except in exceptional cases, and at my sole discretion)
