If original artwork is available and in my studio there will either be a (Buy Now) button or in some cases, a paypal money request will be emailed to you via your paypal account email. The money request acts as a invoice with detailed information about your order, shipping, and store polices. If you don’t have a paypal you will first need to open a account before purchasing. If you would like to pay via check or money order, please email us with your full name, mailing address and artwork title. We will email you a order form that you will print, fill out, and mail to us with your payment.

PAYMENT

You may pay from your personal checking account electronically through pay pal, but please be aware that the electronic check takes approximately four business days to clear and we will only ship once the funds have cleared to our account.

Payment is required to be made within three days when paying with pay pal, and expected within one week when mailing a money order or cashier's check. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express by phone, and or email.

SHIPPING 

Artwork via fairytalebuzz.com are shipped the same or next business day (Monday-Saturday) that payment is received, and is expected to arrive at your US destination within three to five business days after shipment (Monday-Saturday). You will receive an email confirmation when your package was shipped. We not responsible for shipping delays due to acts of God or other circumstances out of my control, (sorry).

International buyers are subject to the following conditions:

1: Payment is to be made promptly via Pay Pal only.

2. We will only ship Via First Class mail or better.

3. Insurance will not be offered unless otherwise agreed.

4. Final sale price will be stated as "declared value" on the customs form; WE WILL NOT declare that the shipment is a "gift".

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

A refund request will be granted only in the case that we are shown to have misrepresented the item. Other refund requests due to special circumstances will be considered but granted at our sole discretion. Retunes will be issued subject to Philippe A Fernandez, receipt of the artwork in its original payment can only be issued.
