It makes me feel all the wonder and deliciousness I felt routinely as a child, but from which I've become estranged as I grow older and find myself immersed in mundane affairs of adulthood. You, obviously, still hold these glimpses of the magical in your mind's eye. How wonderful, and thank you so much for sharing. I especially love your choice not to show the face of the heroine, as every child (and inner child) will fill in the space with her own face.
