Q: I am a gallery owner and I would like to show your artwork in my show, exhibit, or event.
A: We welcome all galleries, conventions, and festivals from Southern California. Publishing houses, advertising agencies, and design groups from around the globe. We have found that Philippe’s art gets the best feedback and exposure in a contemporary art setting. Pop, underground, low brow, fantasy, botanical, and or landscape themes would work best for us. Q: Where can I buy an original painting by Philippe Fernandez
A: As of July 2009, all original artwork by Philippe Fernandez will only be available here at fairytalebuzz.com and or a galleries located within southern California . Please email for price and current location
Q: Do you have a “day job” or do you paint full-time?
A: Philippe paints full-time from home.
Q: What form of medium do you use?
A: All artwork is painted with acrylic, either on canvas or watercolor paper. Painting range in sizes 2 ½ x 3 ½ to 30 x 30, but not limited. So really their is no preferred preference.
Q: Do you sketch or draw before you paint?
A: No, all art is a direct result from paint to a canvas. No sketching is ever involved.
Q: As a artist do you need to look at something in order to paint something?
A: No, Philippe paints in his studio. All of artwork comes from his mind, heart, and soul. Everything he paints, is always a one of a kind, and he never paints the same painting twice.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All cards can be processed by email, phone, or in person.
Q: I am on a friends computer, and I don’t have a email, pay pal, credit card, or bank account. Can I still buy your art?
A: Absolutely, It’s done all the time. Just send us a money order and or check for the agreed total amount due. And we will get your order out to you ASAP
Q: I live outside the US. Can I still buy your prints or original paintings?
A: Yes, most all countries can order through my website. If not, you can still order directly from me by emailing me with which print or painting you would like and your shipping address.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Please allow three to 3 days for delivery in the US, and 3 weeks for all orders placed outside of the US.
Q: What is Pay Pal? Why am I asked to create a password?
A: Pay Pal is the service that powers my shopping carts. All you need to use Pay Pal is an email address. You can pay with a credit card, debit card, or your checking account. It's easy, safe, and free to use! It is a secure ordering system and requires a password . If you do not want to order online, simply Email us about the item you would like to order and your shipping address, and we will provide you with an address to send you’re personal check or a money order.
Q: What sizes are your open edition prints?
A: At this time, all open edition prints come in 2 sizes - 8"x10" and 5"x7" These measurements indicate the total size of the print, and may include a white mounting border which varies slightly in size. If you would prefer just the actual size print with no white border, just info me while checking out.
Q: What does "open edition" print mean?
A: All of the prints we sell directly on this website or etsy are what are called "open edition" prints. "open edition" prints are prints that we can reproduce at our discretion and are not numbered or limited in number.
Q: Their is artwork of yours I can't find on your website, is it available in a print?
A: It may still be available. Just Email with the title or basic description. Or try looking over Philippe's flickr profile first.
Q: Do you have any books out?
A: Not at this time! We are working on a new children’s book titled “ A Strange Little Girls Quest For A Secret”. The book will be volume 1 of 3, and should be published in 2010.
Q: Do you do custom paintings? Can I commission you for a project?

A: Great! we license Philippe's art, however we do not sale wholesale, nor do we want to. Just email, for more information about licensing.
Q: I love your art and really like you as a person. Would it be ok if we stayed in contact?
A: Thank you. Your very kind! We try to answer all personal emails as best we can. However with Philippe painting and managing all his other sites, we are very pressed for time. We do however update Philippe's twitter and facebook almost daily. click here for links.

A: Thanks for your loving support. Yes, the best and easiest way to promote is to link this site to either your twitter, facebook, myspace, blog or website.
