Q: Who is Philippe Fernandez?
Q: Do you have a “day job” or do you paint full-time?
A: Painting is my day job.
Q: I hear you do photo editing on the side. Can you fix a few of my pics?
Q: What form of medium do you use?
A: All artwork is painted with acrylic, either on canvas, wood, or watercolor paper. Painting range in sizes 2 ½ x 3 ½ to 36 x 24, but not limited. So really their is no preferred preference.
Q: Do you sketch or draw before you paint?
A: No, all art is a direct result from paint to a canvas. No sketching is ever involved, unless it’s a illustration.
Q: As a artist do you need to look at something in order to paint something?
A: No, I paint in my home based studio. All of artwork comes from my mind, heart, and soul. Everything I paint, is always a one of a kind, and I never paint the same painting twice.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes. I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All cards can be processed by email, phone, or in person.
Q: I live outside the US. Can I still buy your prints or original paintings?
A: Yes, most all countries can order through my website. If not, you can still order directly from me by emailing me with which print or painting you would like and your shipping address.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Please allow three to 2-7 days for delivery in the US, and 3 weeks for all orders placed outside of the US.
Q: What is Pay Pal? Why am I asked to create a password?
A: Pay Pal is the service that powers my shopping carts. All you need to use Pay Pal is an email address. You can pay with a credit card, debit card, or your checking account. It's easy, safe, and free to use! It is a secure ordering system and requires a password . If you do not want to order online, simply Email us about the item you would like to order and your shipping address, and we will provide you with an address to send you’re personal check or a money order.
Q: Their is artwork of yours I can't find on your website, is it available in a print?
A: It may still be available. Just Email with the title or basic description. Or try looking over my flickr profile first.
Q: Do you have any books out?
A: Not at this time! We are working on a few new children’s books titled “ Tales of Strange Little Girl, The Secret Quest” and "Posy Toes Corny Toes".

Q: Do you do custom paintings? Can I commission you for a project?
Q: Can I buy posters, cards, postcards, stickers, etc. featuring your artwork?

A: Great! we license Philippe's art, however we do not sale wholesale, nor do we want to. Just email, for more information about licensing.
Q: I love your art and really like you as a person. Would it be ok if we stayed in contact?
A: Thank you. Your very kind! I try to answer all personal emails as best I can. However with painting and managing all my other sites, I am very pressed for time. We do however update my twitter and facebook almost daily. click here for links.
